4. Transnational Meeting of the project “InternshipConnect”

From September 15–17, 2026, HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College Development Director Olga Zvereva took part in the 4th Transnational Project Meeting of the Erasmus+ project “InternshipConnect” (No. 2025-1-FR01-KA220-VET-000351411), hosted by the Ballymun Job Centre in Dublin, Ireland.

During the meeting, partners explored local vocational education and training (VET) practices through insightful study visits:
  • Trinity Comprehensive School – An inclusive environment dedicated to experiential learning and holistic student development.
  • Finglas Training Centre (CDETB) – A vibrant educational hub offering market-aligned training across diverse fields, from IT and renewable energy to engineering and business.
  • Ballymun Youth Reach – A dynamic, community-based second-chance education centre equipping young learners with hands-on skills through specialized workshops, 3D printing, craft labs, and QQI qualifications.

At the meeting, O. Zvereva presented the detailed structure of the evaluation methodology to be implemented for the project’s internship model and experimental support hubs. This framework incorporates an innovative pilot bridging tool designed to facilitate and secure professional immersions across territorial and transnational ecosystems.

A sincere thank you to our host, Ballymun Job Centre, and to all our international project partners for their continued collaboration and inspiring synergy:
