Hotel and restaurant visits are one of the most exciting parts of studies at HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College! On December 7, 2022, first year students together with our Study Programme Director and Docent Dzintars Priedītis paid a visit to one of the most stylish hotels of the capital – Grand Poet by Semarah Hotels!

At Grand Poet, we were welcomed by Dainis Pīlācis, Front Office Manager, who showed us around and told us about the daily operations of the Front Office, its main tasks, and responsibilities. During the meeting, we also discussed the challenges that may arise and the career opportunities for professionals working in this area.
