On November 22, 2024, HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College’s Development Director, Mg. Paed., MIB Olga Zvereva, participated in the thematic seminar “KA2 projektu loma Erasmus+ programmas mērķu sasniegšanā”, organised by the State Education Development Agency. Our colleague presented the project “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit,” project No. 2021-1-LV01-KA220-VET-000033140, that HOTEL SCHOOL, as the coordinator, implemented from February 2022 to February 2024.

The project aim was to explore and share the best practices of sustainable hospitality digitalisation. In the framework of the project, the digital open-access study course about sustainable hospitality digitalisation was developed, along with learning and pedagogic guidebooks, supporting methodical materials, and even a series of webinars. The project was implemented together with five partners: City Unity College Nicosia (Cyprus), Dania Academy (Denmark), DigitalGuest APS (Sweden), INERCIA DIGITAL SL (Spain), and Italian Hospitality School SRL (Italy).

The project was highly evaluated, receiving 96 points out of 100 and being labelled a “good practice project.” We are truly happy with the results we achieved during these two years of work. Find out more about the project here: http://www.sustainable-hospitality-digitalisation-toolkit.com/
