On December 4, 2024, we had the great pleasure of participating in the workshop “Traditional Varenyky: A Step to Mastery” conducted by Ms. Olesia Pankevych, a lecturer from Volyn Professional College, Ukraine. During the activity, students at HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College acquired practical skills in preparing this signature dish of Ukrainian cuisine and gained many insights into the Ukrainian culinary world.
