On April 3, 2025, HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College’s Development Director, Mg. Paed., MIB Olga Zvereva visited the Food and Agriculture Organization, a specialized agency of the United Nations that enhances international efforts to defeat hunger. The FAO aims to achieve food security for all people and ensure access to enough high-quality food. Currently, it operates in over 130 countries around the world. We thank the Food and Agriculture Organization for the insightful and inspiring tour!

The visit was conducted as part of the workshops “NO LEFTOVER Culinary Arts for VET Educators: Methodological Workshops for Integration of the Concept in all Stages of Culinary Arts, Teaching and Learning Processes” in Italy, hosted by the partner ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL in the framework of the project “Horizontal VET Capacity Building for internationalisation and modernisation including innovation, digitalisation and sustainability by methodology transfer and exchange of good practices”, project No. 101129249.
