From May 18 to 24, 2025, nine adult learners of HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College, together with our lecturer Iveta Vanaga, participated in the exciting group mobility to the educational institution “Minties pulsas” (“Pulse of Mind”) in Vilnius, Lithuania, within the framework of the Erasmus+ project No. 2024-1-LV01-KA121-ADU-000206459.

The mobility agenda focused on business training: developing entrepreneurship competencies and skills, as well as enhancing English language skills. The training sessions were led by a lecturer, author of several books, Loreta Pivoriunaite, as well as a manager and education specialist, Mindaugas Latisenka. Numerous activities were also held to raise participants’ awareness of current political, economic and social developments and trends in Lithuania, and intercultural interaction. So, for example, on May 21, participants visited the Vilnius Centre for Civil Education, where one can find out in an interactive way how the state works and how its citizens participate in the creation and governance of a democratic state. Our colleague Iveta Vanaga participated in the mobility as an accompanying person and carried out job shadowing mobility, taking over the experience of Lithuanian colleagues in working with adult learners.
