On June 16–17, 2025, HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College welcomed representatives of partner organizations for the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA220-VET Cooperation Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training project “MR-PRECULINARY” (Project No. 2024-1-ES01-KA220-VET-000244025), “Learning Culinary Pre-Elaboration Techniques Using Mixed Reality Tools.”

The meeting brought together:

• “LA FLORA” Integrated Vocational Training Center (CIFP LA FLORA): project coordinator, represented by Director Oscar Carbonell and Fernando Martinez Conde (Spain)
• Universidad de Burgos (UBU), represented by project managers Sonia Rodriguez Cano and Vanesa Delgado Benito (Spain)
• University College Prague (UCP), represented by Vice-Rector Jan Han and Erasmus Coordinator Barbora Kominkova (Czech Republic)
• PLAYMEBIT SL: technical innovator, represented by Jorge Martinez (Spain)

During the two-day event, partners reviewed key project outcomes, including the Analysis of the Product Comparator Report, Analysis of the Pre-Processing Techniques Report, and Analysis of the Dish Selector Report. In addition, a detailed plan for the next stages of the project was developed.
