Last week we had a great experience together with Mr. Cristhian Scorrano, a chef from the Italian Hospitality School in Italy, who came to Latvia in the framework of the project “Providing relevant job skills through VET learning – Fornire competenze professionali attraverso l’apprendimento IFP”, project No. 2021-1-IT01-KA122-VET-000017760.

Mr. Scorrano held several masterclasses on Italian modern cuisine for VET learners of HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College. During the training sessions he showed us signatory dishes from Italy, cooked in a simple yet very tasty manner. It was a pleasure to meet him! We thank our partner, the Italian Hospitality School, for providing us with this opportunity!
