“A World of Cuisine”: the Mobility of Students in Latvia, Day 1

In September 2022 we have had lots of things on our agenda. First, the new Academic Year has started, and second, we have greeted our long-waited partners here in Riga!

From September 26th to October 2nd, we welcomed guests from Dr. Sadık Ahmet Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi, Turkey, and Colegiul Vasile Lovinescu, Romania, in the framework of the Erasmus+ project “A World of Cuisine”, project No. 2021-1-TR-KA210VET-000029335.

Here are some insights from the Day 1!

We had a truly informative and inspirational presentation about the cuisine of Latvia, its history and nowadays tendencies by our inspiring lecturer Inna Kučera. Afterwards we enjoyed a marvellous masterclass on Fusion Innovations presented by great chefs from Jauno Pavāru Kustība. Our guests have also had some time to explore Old Riga before the final part of this truly dynamic day. Check our our next post to find out what it was!
