A World of Cuisine: the Mobility of Students in Latvia, Day 5

In the framework of the great project “A World of Cuisine” here in Riga, there were so many activities that we could speak about them for days!

The 5th day of training in the project “A World of Cuisine” (No. 2021-1-TR-KA210VET-000029335) has brought us many exciting activities. We continued to explore the possibilities of developing menus via Canva platform together with our colleague lecturer Inna Kučera, and experienced tasty and inspiring moments in the kitchen when participating in the workshop by our chef, Romāns Artamonovs.

The second part of the day was spent in the resort city of Jūrmala, enjoying the views and discovering the specifics of the seasonal business of resort cafes. And last but not least, the evening was spent at the charming Restaurant Neiburgs, a wonderful fine-dining place with a unique combination of style and historical heritage.
