Fresh Pasta Masterclass by Matteo Semorile
What can be better than pasta? Fresh-made pasta, of course! Today, we had a delicious masterclass by Matteo Semorile, a chef from the Italian restaurant Clementino in Rome. Mr. Semorile taught HOTEL SCHOOL students and learners the secrets of making pasta and accompanying sauces.
