On March 22, 2023, we had the pleasure of hosting the guest lecture by Oksana Tsisar, Head of the Food Technologies Department at Volyn Professional College NUFT, Ukraine. Mrs. Tsisar held a lecture on the topic “Gastrotourism as a Current Trend of Modern Tourism Development in Ukraine,” during which she provided lots of insights into the trademarks of Ukrainian cuisine, and even offered a degustation of Ukrainian honey, a traditional spirited drink.

We are very happy to welcome our colleague from Ukraine here in Latvia and are looking forward to future projects together!
