Hosting the 2nd Transnational X-VET Project Meeting in Riga
On July 1–2, 2026, HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College had the honour of hosting the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting in our beautiful hometown, Riga.
This productive gathering was held within the framework of the Erasmus+ project “X-VET: Integrated Sustainability Approach for the Effective Navigation of Emerging Critical Transformations (Green & Digital & Economic).” During our time together, we made notable progress:
- Project Updates: Partners discussed our overall performance and finalized the upcoming Integrated Sustainability Workbook.
- Digital Course Development: Our Development Director, Olga Zvereva, introduced the architectural concept for the Integrated Sustainability MOOC (digital course). She outlined its structure, content, task types, and evaluation methodology. This innovative training framework is designed specifically for VET leaders, educators, and learners, and will culminate in a micro-credential certificate.
This initiative leverages an incredible trans-European network of expertise. Coordinated by Werkstatt Berufskolleg (Germany), we are so proud to collaborate with our amazing consortium partners:
- ACCELERAS KG (Austria)
- Pučko otvoreno učilište Čakovec (Croatia)
- Ilmiolavoro srl (Italy)
- ICEP s.r.o. (Slovakia)
- Tehnička škola Pirot (Serbia)
Thank you to all our partners for a collaborative and inspiring meeting! We look forward to our continued work together to shape the future of vocational education.
