On Tuesday, our integration summer school participants took a delicious journey into traditional Latvian culinary arts.
Together with chef Romans Artamonovs, they explored local flavors and discovered how food connects us to a country’s roots.
The hard work paid off with a fantastic degustation session afterwards!
The course is organised in the framework of the project No. PMIF/13.3./2023/1/03, and is co-financed by the European Union.
