Summer Integration School participants visited Riga Castle
Last week, the young participants of our integration summer school stepped out of the classroom and straight into the past! We visited the Latvian National Museum of History, located right inside the iconic Riga Castle, for an unforgettable hands-on history session.
LHere is what made our visit so epic:
- An Incredible Venue: The museum has called Riga Castle home since 1920, but after a massive recent reconstruction, it now takes over the entire 16th-century wing!
- Treasures Galore: We got up close and personal with over 1,500 historical artifacts.
- History Meets Tech: Super cool digital exhibits and stunning design helped bring the story of Latvia and its people to life in a whole new way.
The course is organised in the framework of the project No. PMIF/13.3./2023/1/03, and is co-financed by the European Union.
