Exploring internship systems and practices in Germany
At HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College, opportunities to engage in Erasmus mobilities are provided both to students and staff. Our career consultant Laura Zariņa has had a great experience while participating in teaching assignment mobility at the State Vocational School Center Immenstadt this October. Read below her reflections about the time there:
“Participating in the ERASMUS mobility at the State Vocational School Center Immenstadt was a profoundly rewarding experience, where I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The orientation, along with insightful connections with faculty, provided me with a deeper understanding of their educational strategies, and the teaching sessions helped refine my own teaching methods. This experience not only improved my English proficiency but also expanded my multicultural communication skills and gave me practical insights into adaptive teaching.
My heartfelt thanks to the Immenstadt team for this inspiring exchange and to HOTEL SCHOOL for making this mobility possible.”
Lauras’s mobility was carried out in the framework of the project No. 2023-1-LV01-KA121-VET-000132739, co-financed by the European Union.
