In December 2024, our colleague, career consultant Laura Zariņa visited EHO Group, a business company that provides business development services for the tourism industry. During the visit, Laura met Noèlia Costa, Chief Happiness and Corporate Culture Officer, and visited several hotels in Pineda de Mar, a picturesque seaside town. Here is Laura’s impressions from the visit:

“Last month, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a mobility programme that combined professional development, cultural immersion, and collaboration with industry leaders with EHO Group in Spain.

This experience was a blend of learning and building bridges for future opportunities. It reinforced the value of collaboration and the importance of aligning education with industry needs.

I’m excited to bring these insights back to HOTEL SCHOOL, where they’ll directly benefit our students as they prepare for their professional journeys.”
