Learn the Cook programme’s module – only 12 sessions face-to-face!

• Start on March 5 to May 21 on Wednesdays from 14:00 to 20:00.
• Go for an internship in Europe’s best hotels in Italy or Spain, from June to late August or early September.
• Earn up to 1200 EUR per month – salary up to 700 EUR + college scholarship 500 EUR. The employer shall cover accommodation and meals.

Programme’s price: 160 EUR per month or 900 EUR for a full module in 6 months. The price includes all educational materials, including food for training in the kitchen laboratory. In addition, you must purchase a cook’s uniform for 70 EUR.

Admission Requirements: Secondary education and knowledge of English.

Classes are held at “HOTEL SCHOOL” Hotel Management College, 3 Smilsu Street, Riga.

The module covers the following subjects: “Basic principles of operation of a catering enterprise,” “System of self-control in a catering enterprise,” “Basic principles of business communication,” “Organization of production work,” “Pre-processing of food products and raw materials,” “Storage of products,” and “Technology of cooking.” 

At the end of the training, a certificate of completion of the module will be issued, which gives the right to apply for training in the next module, thus obtaining the professional qualification of the Cook.

The offer is valid when applying until February 25, 2025. A limited number of learners will be enrolled.
