Participating in a course on AI-enhanced learning experiences
What is the best thing to do in summer? Gain knowledge, of course! In July, our colleague Evija Antanāvica participated in a course on AI-enhanced learning experiences in Valencia, Spain.
Here are Evija’s impressions from the training:
“During my participation in mobility activities and school-based events, I deepened my understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) while improving my language and digital skills. I engaged in presentations and discussions on AI concepts, prompting techniques, and student preferences for AI tools—all conducted in English, which enhanced my communication skills. I also attended digital literacy classes, developed a school-specific digital plan, and explored the ethical implications of AI in education. By independently researching global AI platforms like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and others, I identified tools best suited to our educational context. This experience equipped me with the knowledge to evaluate AI in schools critically and contribute to its ethical and effective integration. I also broadened my understanding of cultural diversity at local, national, and international levels.”
We thank the Erasmus programme for the opportunity to acquire and enhance new skills! Evija’s mobility was implemented in the framework of the project No. 2024-1-LV01-KA121-VET-000206510, which is co-financed by the European Union.
