You are cordially invited to attend the IX International Applied Research and Project Results Dissemination Conference at HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College.

The event will open with an introduction and agenda overview by Jekaterina Korjuhina, Ph.D., Mg. oec., Mg. philol., Deputy Chair of the Conference Board. The morning session will proceed with the progress status and dissemination of our strategic partnership projects, presented by Olga Zvereva, MIB, Mg. paed., Chair of the Conference Board. This is a great opportunity to hear the latest updates on the Erasmus+ projects as InternshipConnect, SAVOR, X-VET, and PRE-CULINARY.

Following the project updates, participants will present applied research focusing on guest experience, training, and organizational culture. The diverse lineup of case studies features insights from local establishments, such as Max Cekot Kitchen in Riga, as well as international perspectives, including a comparative analysis of employee retention at hotels in Lagos, Nigeria.
