We are excited to share details about the successful combined teaching and training mobility activity completed by Julija Pasnaka, Head of HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College at Karabuk University, Safranbolu Faculty of Tourism (Türkiye), from May 19–23, 2026. Implemented under the Erasmus+ project No. 2024-1-LV01-KA131-HED-000206666, the visit focused on integrating Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) tools into culinary education.

During the mobility, Julija delivered guest lectures on pedagogical innovation based on immersive technologies and participated in the Sustainable International Gastronomy and Digital Chefs Congress. The experience provided invaluable opportunities to exchange intercultural teaching strategies, adopt sustainable practices, and strengthen international academic partnerships.
