On September 26, 2026, HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College had the distinct pleasure of hosting an inspiring culinary masterclass led by Ms. Nataliia Sobchuk, esteemed lecturer at the Don Bosco Youth Educational Center in Lviv, Ukraine.
During the hands-on workshop, Ms. Sobchuk showcased the art of preparing two exquisite, high-level dishes:
- Lviv-Style Beef Tenderloin, served alongside a complex, harmonious side dish.
