Bellissimo! On April 4-5, 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting Francesco Bologna, an expert on pizza, the winner of various culinary contests, and the founder and lecturer at Accademia Francesco Bologna in Lombardy, Italy.

During his visit, Mr.Bologna held a fantastic masterclass for the learners of the culinary arts education programme. It was sooo delicious!
