Yesterday, on December 14, our 1st and 2nd year students had a mind-blowing food design masterclass as part of the study unit “International Gastronomy”. Darja Savina, a food design and innovation enthusiast working both in Riga and Milan, held an exciting workshop on creating unique dishes.
