In December, 2024, the Head of Quality of HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College, Dr. Mikus Dubickis, went on teaching mobility to the Instituto Europeu de Estudos Superiores in Medelo, Portugal. The aim of the mobility was to lead workshops on innovation and creativity for the development of new concepts for undergraduate and graduate students.

The students were tasked with developing proposals for the creation of a guide program, and they did a great job! Using the theoretical framework created by the lecturer, the students demonstrated their ability to generate and evaluate several ideas in a relatively short time. The workshops demonstrated the effectiveness of the Pomodoro technique. The results obtained in the workshops will be used to transfer knowledge to the industry.
