Culinary Inspiration from Ukraine at HOTEL SCHOOL
On November 8, 2025, we at HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College had the great pleasure of participating in a culinary masterclass conducted by Ms Nataliia Sobchuk, lecturer at the Don Bosco Youth Educational Center in Lviv, Ukraine.
During the workshop, Ms Sobchuk demonstrated the preparation of two exquisite dishes — a white chocolate dessert with seasonal berries, “Blueberry Victory”, and a main course featuring duck fillet and vegetable purées “, Autumn Vibe.”
This experience was especially valuable for our learners of the “Catering Services” programme, as it allowed them to broaden their culinary horizons, discover modern plating techniques, and explore the creative use of seasonal ingredients that combine traditional craftsmanship with contemporary presentation. Such hands-on learning not only enriches technical skills but also inspires students to experiment, innovate, and elevate their own culinary artistry.
We sincerely thank Ms Sobchuk for this wonderful and flavourful workshop, which left our learners both inspired and motivated to continue their culinary journey with passion and creativity!
