Erasmus+ adult education (ADULT) projects, implemented by HOTEL SCHOOL, provide an opportunity for college learners to participate in short-term or long-term learning mobilities; staff may join courses and trainings in an European Union’s member state or in a third country associated to Erasmus+ programme.
As a result of the implementation of the projects, learners may improve their foreign language skills, expand their career opportunities, enhance personal growth and intercultural awareness. The staff of HOTEL SCHOOL, in turn, gets the opportunity to expand their professional competence, learn about the educational practices of other countries, as well as gain an understanding of providing support to learners during training and career development.
