MR-Preculinary: Learning Culinary Pre-Elaboration Techniques Using Mixed Reality Tools (No. 2024-1-ES01-KA220-VET 000244025)
The project’s general objective is to implement digital resources, including technological and didactic tools based on augmented reality and 3D, to facilitate teaching and learning in the VET culinary field framework. This will facilitate the training of culinary skills through the improvement of the individual learning rhythms arising from the intrinsic qualities of each student and promote educational inclusion by providing necessary resources.
The project has started in December 2024, and will be implemented till December 2026.
