Exploring raw materials in Frascati, Italy

On April 1, 2025, HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College’s Development Director, Mg. Paed., MIB Olga Zvereva participated in a “Exploring Raw Materials of the City” workshop in Frascati, Italy. The activities included a tour of Frascati’s markets and artisanal food shops, and “Pasta from Scratch” masterclass, thus learning about local ingredients, traditional food production, and the role of terroir in Italian cuisine.

The activities were conducted as part of the workshops “NO LEFTOVER Culinary Arts for VET Educators: Methodological Workshops for Integration of the Concept in all Stages of Culinary Arts, Teaching and Learning Processes” in Italy, hosted by the partner ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL in the framework of the project “Horizontal VET Capacity Building for internationalisation and modernisation including innovation, digitalisation and sustainability by methodology transfer and exchange of good practices”, project No. 101129249.
