On March 6, 2024, we had the pleasure of hosting the guest lecture by Iryna-Mariia Teliha, a manager of a culinary club at Don Bosco Youth Educational Center in Lviv, Ukraine. Mrs. Teliha held a lecture on the topic “Traditional flavours and culture of Ukraine. The journey to the center of St. Ivan Bosco” during which she provided lots of insights into the trademarks of Ukrainian culture and cuisine, as well as explored the education opportunities offered by  Don Bosco Youth Educational Center.

We are very happy to welcome our colleague from Ukraine here in Latvia and can’t wait to implement our next project together!
