Visiting hotels and restaurants is not only exciting, but also very valuable part of studies! On December 4, 2023, the first-year students of HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College together with our Programme director Dzintars Prieditis visited the hotel Relais Le Chevalier, a design pearl located in the heart of old Riga. During our visit we spoke with Jūlija Žagunova, the hotel’s director, about the hospitality businesses in Latvia, learned the difference between boutique and chain hotels, and explored the concept of this atmospheric place, also visiting rooms and various departments of the hotel.
