HOTEL SCHOOL visited Reaton Professional Days
On February 7, 2024, HOTEL SCHOOL students, together with our chef, Romans Artamonovs, visited an international event for gastronomic experts, Reaton Professional Days. This year’s event was dedicated to Baltic restaurants that have received a Michelin star. Our students had a wonderful opportunity to witness a masterclass by the chef Maksims Cekots from the Michelin-starred restaurant Max Cekot Kitchen.
We were truly inspired by the range of foods and ideas we have tasted and heard during this wonderful event!
