In April 2023, HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College’s learners Anastasija Novičihina, Dans Flors and Mihails Dikovs together with the Culinary Arts Lecturer and chef Romāns Artamonovs and the Development director, lecturer Olga Zvereva participated in the mobility “Presentation of innovation food of students” in Fălticeni, Romania in the framework of the Erasmus+ Project KA210 „A World of Cuisine”. From April 20-22, our students spent 3 days in various culinary arts workshops at the Colegiul „Vasile Lovinescu” as well as participated in the culinary arts contest. We are proud and happy to say that our students won some categories like “the best innovative dessert” and other positions.
