Masterclass of Georgian cuisine masterpieces at HOTEL SCHOOL
Last week, we at HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College had a wonderful masterclass about the masterpieces of Georgian cuisine – khinkali, dolma, and khachapuri. Viola Karp, a chef from Georgian restaurant Adžarija in Riga kindly guided our learners through every stage of preparing these delicious dishes.
