Project results dissemination conference for the project “NO LEFTOVER Nordic/Baltic Culinary Arts”

On Monday, April 29, 2024, HOTEL SCHOOL team, students, project partners, and guests gathered at the project results dissemination conference for the Nordplus project “NO LEFTOVER Nordic/Baltic Culinary Arts: Digital Course with Training Materials and Tools for Adult Educators”, project No. NPAD-2022/10049. The event was packed with insightful presentations about the project partners and project results. Our partners from Lithuania, Iceland, Denmark, and Estonia extensively elaborated on the introduction of the NO LEFTOVER approach in the culinary traditions of their countries, both in the past and now.

During the second part of the conference, HOTEL SCHOOL students presented the results of their conducted research. We are truly inspired by the diligence and analytical thinking demonstrated by them!
