Specialised books on hospitality management

HOTEL SCHOOL has its own publishing house, which since 2014 has published printed and digital books on various hospitality management topics – hotel department work organisation, personnel and financial management, hospitality marketing, sustainable resource management, etc. The authors of the educational books are HOTEL SCHOOL lecturers that lead daily lectures and practical classes, as well as practitioners in the hospitality industry. The books are available in Latvian, English and Russian languages.
