Strengthening Academic Excellence in Varna
From March 9–13, our lecturer Jekaterina Korjuhina was invited as a guest speaker at Varna University of Management for the MBA Strategic Management module. During her visit, she delivered a series of lectures on Quality Management to Master’s students, contributing valuable industry-relevant insights and academic expertise.
Varna University of Management (VUM) is a dynamic private business school with approximately 800 students, over 25% of whom are international, representing more than 40 countries worldwide. The university specializes in social sciences and offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in International Business and Management, Business Administration, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, and Tourism and Hospitality.
Collaboration between higher education institutions plays a critical role in advancing academic excellence. By fostering international partnerships, institutions create opportunities for knowledge exchange, exposure to diverse perspectives, and the sharing of best practices in teaching and research. Guest lectures such as this not only enrich the student learning experience but also ensure that curricula remain globally relevant and aligned with industry standards.
