Spring is always a very busy time at HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College. In the last week of March, HOTEL SCHOOL students, together with the participants of the CB-VET Plus project from Italy and Ukraine, visited the Michelin-starred restaurant “JOHN.” This restaurant provides a delightful culinary experience, and last year, its exquisite menu and ambiance earned a star from the Michelin guide experts.

During the visit, we were allowed to sneak a peek into the kitchen, where culinary magic takes place, and speak with the management of the restaurant about the ESDGC practices they apply in their daily operations.
