Visiting the Michelin-starred restaurant “Max Cekot Kitchen”
The Spring Restaurant Week takes place in Riga from March 31 to April 13, 2025. HOTEL SCHOOL students, together with representatives of the College, visited Max Cekot Kitchen – the first of the Latvian restaurants to receive a Michelin star. During the meeting, we got acquainted with the owner and chef of the restaurant Maksim Cekot, learned what the team and menu should be to constantly maintain the highest restaurant experience for guests, and talked to HOTEL SCHOOL graduates who have been working in this sophisticated company for some time.
