1st Transnational meeting of the project “NO LEFTOVER Nordic/Baltic Culinary Arts”

HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College is the leading partner in the Nordplus Adult Project “NO LEFTOVER Nordic/Baltic Culinary Arts: digital course with training materials and tools for adult educators’’ (Project No. NPAD-2022/10049), and in the next two years we plan to develop lots of necessary and timely tools for educational purposes to promote sustainable practices in culinary arts.

From October 2nd to October 5th, 2022, the 1st Transnational meeting in Tallinn, Estonia, took place. The event gathered representatives of all partners:

  • Development director, Chair of the Council Olga Zvereva, HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College (Latvia)
  • Chairman Ruta Pels, MITRA (Estonia)
  • Head of Training and Cooperation Laima Paraukiene, Vilniaus kolegija, University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Business (Lithuania)
  • Chairman Hansina Bjarnfridur Einarsdottir and Manager Jón Rafn Hognason, STEP BY STEP COUNCULTING (Iceland)
  • Manager Anna Högnadóttir, Com&Train (Denmark)

During the meeting the parties have developed the details of the work plan and the project results, focused on the content of materials and style of the expected outcomes, and discussed future dissemination. We thank for cooperation our partners and look forward to see everyone during the next meetings!
