On October 27, 2023, ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL, our partner in the Erasmus+ project “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit” held the dissemination conference of the project results in Rome, Italy. More than 40 participants attended the conference, along with the chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant “Acciuga”. Students and the administrative staff of HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College also had the opportunity to participate in the conference and present updates on the research on sustainable hospitality digitalisation.

The participants reviewed the developed project results, tested the materials, and shared information on the updates and challenges in hospitality digitalisation. We thank the ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL for holding the multiplier event in the centre of Rome and spreading the word about the project to the local and international communities!
