HOTEL SCHOOL learners participate in training in Rome, Italy
On October 24-28, 2023, four HOTEL SCHOOL learners, Dans Flors, Kitija Vilde, Alina Skopinova, and Vladyslava Andrushchenko, under the guidance of the Head of the College Julija Pasnaka and the Development Director Olga Zvereva participated in the Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) “Workshop Training in Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation for Hospitality VET Learners” in Rome, Italy. The workshop was organised by the hosting partner, ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL, in the framework of the project “Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation Toolkit”. Learners from Dania, Cyprus and Italy also participated in the training.
During the five days of the workshop, the students participated in the research and presentation activities in digitalisation practices, trained in the digital course activities, attended the sustainable hospitality companies, including the Michelin restaurants, and had a meeting with the chef on the development and running of the Michelin-starred restaurant “Acciuga”. We thank the ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL for running the workshop and organising all activities. We also thank the rest of the partners and all participants!
