Understanding the hospitality industry is impossible without visiting hotels and restaurants! On November 1, 2022, the students of HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College visited Relais Le Chevalier, a unique design boutique hotel located in the heart of old Riga. During our visit we spoke with Jūlija Žagunova, the hotel’s director, about the hospitality businesses in Latvia, learned the difference between boutique and chain hotels, and explored the concept of this atmospheric place, also visiting rooms and various departments of the hotel.
