Today, on May 20, 2024, we at HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College were happy to greet VET learners from Volyn Professional College NUFT in Lutsk, Ukraine. During the next two weeks our guests will participate in various culinary masterclasses and workshops on digital skills and digitalisation, visit hospitality companies in Riga, and explore the culture and heritage of our wonderful city.

The agenda of mobility is truly dynamic; the first masterclass took place today. Tamara Rubene, the owner of Ikšķiles Saldējums, demonstrated the art of ice-cream making, preparing various types and various flavours of ice-cream. We were delighted by the yummy results of our joint efforts and can’t wait for the next activities, both in the culinary laboratory and outside.
