The professional qualification exam for cooks has been successfully carried out!
On September 24th, 2022, the qualification exam was held for the learners of the professional continuing education programme “Food Services”. After two years of intensive lessons, lots of exciting experiments and discoveries in the kitchen the learners of HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College were able to prove their level of competence in front of the examination committee by randomly drawing two dishes, preparing, and presenting them.
Although the challenge of the exam was not easy, all our learners successfully met it and fulfilled the requirements of the qualification assessment! HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College cheers for young culinary professionals who are ready to start their careers in the hospitality industry!
