A World of Cuisine
The project “A World of Cuisine”:

The aim of the project is to provide learners with opportunities to learn and live the cultural differences in cuisine and adapt it to their work with food innovation and creative kitchen. The participants will not only explain their own culture and cuisine to other countries’ learners, but also create a synthesis by getting to know different cultures and cuisines. Based on this synthesis, they will contribute to the fusion cuisine by doing innovation studies on dishes. The learners will adopt a new concept to the world cuisine by preserving local characteristics and integrating cultural characteristics from different cuisines.
The project “A World of Cuisine”, No. 2021-1-TR-KA210VET-000029335, gathers together three partners: Dr. Sadık Ahmet Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi, Turkey, HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College, and Colegiul Vasile Lovinescu, Romania.
Events of the Project
From June 14th to June 18th, 2022, the Development Director of HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College, Olga Zvereva together with the team of College’s VET teachers have been visiting Turkey. Learn more about our experience there:
From September 26th to October 2nd, 2022, HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College hosted partners from Dr. Sadık Ahmet Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi, Turkey, and Colegiul Vasile Lovinescu, Romania, to carry out the Mobility of Students in Latvia.
